Our mission is to make early medical abortion care more accessible across England and Wales, without the long waits or barriers often found in traditional healthcare systems.

Our Story

Top at Home was founded to make medical abortion care in England & Wales more accessible, flexible, and compassionate.

Across the UK, many women face 1–2 week waits for appointments while feeling anxious about the 9 weeks + 6 days legal limit for early medical abortion.

Others struggle to access care because most NHS-funded and private abortion clinics only operate during standard 9-5 hours - making it harder for those working, studying, or visiting from abroad.

We built Top at Home to change that.

Our doctor-led, CQC-regulated private abortion clinic provides same-day consultations, seven days a week, from 8:00am to 9:00pm.

Each consultation is carried out by a GMC-registered gynaecologist, ensuring safe treatment using MHRA-approved medication (mifepristone & misoprostol).
