If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you'll receive a refund, with a ยฃ20 administrative fee deducted.

This fee covers essential costs, including Stripe processing fees, scheduling resources, and allocated medical team time.
๐น Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment are non-refundable, as your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you.

We know that life is unpredictable, and if you face genuine hardship or an unforeseen event, we may offer a full refund on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us to discuss your options.
